History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. Personality: Chad is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Snafû was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bricklayer. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to work out more often

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
