History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student he started as a Farmer, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Left-Handed alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Damien isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Damien hails from a village terrorized by goblins. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Spear fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to work out more often
