History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A middle-aged woman, she sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and is pretty ugly. Her moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cecily. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born in the west. Berrian was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Banker. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants his loneliness to end

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
