History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ovak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To be a Courier again; and money/treasure

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dagger grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for her, and Bethrynna does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Bethrynna was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Bethrynna and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born to a Navigator, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
