History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Wella learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has worked as a Ruler like her mother before her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against dire rats
