Description: He wears a yellow coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Tarhun was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
