History: Vanuath was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Nikki was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to share knowledge with the world

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Thamuz and his spouse have recently divorced.
