History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Thiala alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Qualen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Caelynn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
