History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Vondal decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Vadania was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Vadania's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a Sculptor soon after.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new sculptor responsibilities is difficult

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Cressel has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
