History: Melissa hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age her father died while driving off some gnolls. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in pickaxe use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shax studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Shax never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Skamos liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
