Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lorm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lorm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lorm. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She worked as a nervous Banker and found it very stressful. She now mingles about in high society.
