History: She was born in the west. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Mardred took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Elysande hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: Sumnes hails from a village terrorized by drow. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sumnes fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Joser is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Doudra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She struck the Apothecary job and began her own company from there.
