History: Neega lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Banker for the past few years.
