History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ilanis was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Ilanis was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Korfel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Mehen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
