History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
