When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Heian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Purban grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Purban. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
