Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is blonde and very short. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Kody was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kody fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is black and curly. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Grigi is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Grigi hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Mormo is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Kilia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a simple green robe with brown stripes complete with hood. Her blue hair is lengthy. Her half smiles and black eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.
