Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barrister but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barrister for the past few years.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She wears a tan coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head, marred by beers. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson tan hat.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Thiala was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Weaver. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Hillanot was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and she wants revenge against dire rats

Description: This eastern man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears his blonde hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her rusty crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants revenge against giants.

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's in love

Personality: Elegant wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Elegant was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
