Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Immeral was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Immeral's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the left. His ears are large.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born at the edge of vast island. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
