History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She found a children's book about a Halfling Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

History: Born in the south to a Spy, Ilanis learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Ilanis and her spouse have recently divorced.
