Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Wiggan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Wiggan reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
