History: Gifted from a young age, Folgûm studied abroad. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
