History: He was born in a small island village. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Amûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Amûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: He is a mite stocky and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his brown hair up. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Purban alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in the east to a Mason, Cecily learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly pickaxes and greatswords. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Map Maker in town.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Shifting is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Shifting was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Shifting abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She uses divination through singing.
History: Sarai hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Butcher, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.
