Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. The war was a terrible time for her, and Bilga does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young.
