Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cartwright business.

History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her parents enrolled her in a Fighter school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Nella learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Butcher, but she got bored and became a Detective. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
