History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Jak was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Blacksmith. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mialee's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Akra was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Scribe. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
