History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Margery is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital.
