Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kerkad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Kerkad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Kellen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Kellen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Gnome Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.
