History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Hogar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She is an amazing painter.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and wants to raise her children well
