Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Simon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Havilar was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure.
