Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ralf was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is greedy; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Gifted from a young age, Leaf studied abroad. She worked as a nervous Adventurer and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.
Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the east to a Bather, River learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He uses divination through singing.
History: Beloril lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Beloril abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and balancing his hectic life and new servant responsibilities is difficult
