Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses like a well dressed Shepherd does. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He became a Shepherd soon after.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Immeral was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Immeral's homeland. Immeral decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Ahinar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ahinar was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Baern was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Baern and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Mardnab has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.
History: He was born in a small island village. Arannis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arannis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
