History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
