Description: An older man who wears a white cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, he is not a threatening figure. He has no hair. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length brown fur. Her eyes are likewise copper. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Miner in town.
History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Zook was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business

Personality: She is fixated on the number 44. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Architect business.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Gennal was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
