Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sage business.

History: Amûg was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Numba wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by his family

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Keyleth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and many drow want her driven away

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. After a long history of fighting, Namfoodle and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
