Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Irann learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She tends to her Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mortician. With wild auburn hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Werydd embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mortician. She has achieved small success as a Mortician.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and money/treasure

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
