Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She usually wears her brown robe and has her kukri always slung over her shoulder. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valida grew up listening to her father's many stories. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has worked as a Ruler like her father before her.

Description: He stands about 3'4" and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Fenriz was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
