History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting giants, the young Donella began to lead the lost caravan. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush.

He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
