Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nil's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Nella and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Unemployed who has hired him part-time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Unemployed business.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bounty Hunter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Kasdeya has worked very hard to control her curse. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She keeps her gray fur in a pixie cut. Her copper eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and retire the richest woman in the north
