Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Gurdis was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gurdis decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Glassblower kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has achieved small success as a Mortician.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sheggen isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Sheggen was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Spy. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
