Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Vadania was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: She is in excellent shape and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. She has dyed her greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, violet shirt, and tan tie. His red crest is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Mugrunden will drive conversation. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Mugrunden was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and money/treasure

History: Gillyd was born with her father's beautiful face. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Takra and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to reunite with his absent father
