History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. History: Elysande was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
