Description: She is dressed in an above average manner, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 2'9" when asserting herself. With wild black hair. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Harriet was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her brass crest is knotted and matted. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She is greedy; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his mace with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Gimurt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to be a layabout again

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. His blue hair is still thick. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Andram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Sarai is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Tana was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
