His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Cloak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
