History: Kriv was born with his father's beautiful face. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
