Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Marshal but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Zephan was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Zephan took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Zephan and his spouse have recently divorced.
