Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heian never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.
