History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Being a Cook kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ranala's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ranala grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he seems to be bored by most things
