History: He was born in the west. When Gardain reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Ruler like her mother before her.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Galiena was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: Meriele was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has worked as a Stylist like her father before her.
