Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Marastyr was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Marastyr's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Marastyr and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Joser was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is her passion

Personality: Beloril is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
